Select the help icon in the toolbar at the top of the Foliotek page to access the full online help or to replay the tutorial that walked you through creating your first portfolio. Both resources are always available and can answer most questions.
The chat icon will only show in the top toolbar of the program when there is someone available to chat with. Chat is manned by Foliotek support technicians and is usually during regular business hours.
